How to modify your subscription

This article describes how to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel the Glide plan you're subscribed to.

Upgrading and downgrading your plan

If you find yourself needing to change your plan, you can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Glide account at go.glideapps.com.

  2. Using the Team dropdown in the top left corner, navigate to the team you want to update.

  3. In the bottom left corner, click Billing.

    1. Note that if you do not see the Billing page, open the Members page and contact one of team Admins.

  4. Look for and click the button Manage Plan.

  5. Click Update plan.

  6. Choose a new plan and click Continue.

  7. On the final page, after reviewing the details provided, click Confirm.

NOTE: If you want to downgrade to a lower plan because payments are failing, you must first pay any outstanding invoices.

Canceling your plan

Before canceling your subscription, all outstanding invoices must first be paid. The Cancel Subscription button will not display while there are any outstanding payments.

Once all outstanding payments have been resolved, follow these steps to cancel your plan:

  1. Sign in to your Glide account at go.glideapps.com.

  2. Using the Team dropdown in the top left corner, navigate to the team you want to update.

  3. In the bottom left corner, click Billing.

  4. Look for and click either button, Manage Plan, or Open Customer Portal.

  5. Click Cancel subscription.

  6. On the next page, after reviewing the details provided, click Cancel plan again.

  7. Your plan will be canceled at the end of the billing period, at which point it will not renew.

Final note: After you've canceled, any overages incurred during the period will be charged at the end of the current billing cycle. To avoid this, unpublish your apps.
