Microsoft Office 365 has both personal and business accounts. The steps for disconnecting Glide from each service are different.
Note that it can take a couple of hours for Glide to realize the connection has been severed. Once the session times out, when you attempt to reconnect a Microsoft data source, you'll be prompted to re-authenticate.
Microsoft Business Accounts
These instructions describe how to remove Glide's access to a business account.
Someone with Admin rights to your Microsoft Office365 account must complete these steps.
Sign into your Microsoft business account at https://office.com.
Click the tic-tac-toe icon in the top left corner.
Click Admin.
Click Show all.
Click Identity.
Click Applications.
Click App registrations.
In the center of the page, click All applications.
You should see App registrations for both Glide and Glide Plugins.
For both apps Glide and Glide Plugins, do the following:
Click Delete.
In the next modal, check I understand the implications of deleting this app registration.
Click Delete again.
Microsoft Personal Accounts
These instructions describe how to remove Glide's access to a personal account.
Sign into your Microsoft Personal account at https://microsoft365.com or https://live.com.
In the top right corner, click your profile icon and select My Microsoft account.
On the next page, click Privacy.
Under the header, Empower your productivity, click App access.
Under the header, Manage your app access, Click Don't Allow, next to both Glide and Glide Plugins.
