If you experience issues with your Glide app, such as error code 1035, it may be necessary to remove Glide's configuration in Google Drive and force a new authentication. This can help resolve any syncing issues and ensure that your app is running smoothly. Follow the steps below to remove Glide's configuration and reauthenticate your app.

  1. Navigate to your Google Drive account's Settings page: https://drive.google.com/drive/settings

  2. Use the avatar in the top right corner to ensure that this is the account in which your Google Sheets, which Glide uses, is stored.

  3. On the left side, click Manage apps.

  4. Find the "Glide" app, click Options, and choose Disconnect from Drive.

  5. In another tab, navigate to https://go.glideapps.com

  6. Ensure you're in the same team where your other Glide apps are.

  7. Click [+] to create a new app and choose Google Sheets as your source.

  8. You should be presented with a new window to complete the re-authentication process. Complete these steps.

  9. Find the same Google Sheet that your original app uses and add the Sheet to your new app.

  10. Verify the Google Sheets' tables are added to your new app and that the data looks correct. Note that it may take a few minutes to sink all the data. If the tables don't auto-populate, try reloading this app.

  11. If everything looks good, click the sync button (↻) in the bottom left corner to confirm that syncing works and the 1035 error doesn't return.

  12. Assuming this works, go back to your original app and test syncing by clicking the manual sync button (↻) there.
