Generate CSV return 403 error

A 403 error generally indicates an authentication issue caused by an unverified Builder account. If you encounter this when trying to generate a CSV in Glide, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Open the app in Incognito mode.

  2. Log out from Glide, then log back in.

  3. If you originally logged in with email, try logging in with Google instead (and vice versa).

  4. Make sure your account is verified. If it’s not, you’ll see a popup at the top of the builder prompting you to verify your account.

  5. If you’re a member of a team, ask the team admin to run the action.

  6. If none of these steps work, please contact our support team at support@glideapps.com and request account re-verification. Our team can re-verify your email for you.
