Glide's Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're unhappy, we will issue you a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. You must submit a refund request within this 14-day period to qualify for a refund. To contact support, open the Glide builder (go.glideapps.com) and click on the messenger icon in the bottom right corner.

No refunds will be given after 14 days of your initial purchase date. If your team was on a plan with a trial or a coupon, the purchase date is the first date you were charged.

Chargebacks, Disputed Payments, and Fraud Reports

If a payment on your Glide account is reversed, disputed, or reported as fraudulent by your credit card company or any other payment method used, we will interpret this as an unauthorized use of your credit card or payment method, and we will immediately refund the charge and your Glide account will be closed and all applications deleted.

Refunds on Plans

Glide plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Please contact support for assistance.

Refunds on Usage

If you enable unlimited usage and accidentally use too many updates, we can offer a one-time account credit for the overages. Please contact support for assistance.
