Calling the Open link action allows users to open an external webpage. If users trigger the action and the webpage doesn't open, the first thing to check is if the current browser blocks pop-ups from opening.
Safari on iOS
Open the Settings app on your device
Scroll down and select Safari
locate Block Pop-ups, and slide the button to the disabled position in order to allow pop-ups
Chrome on iOS
Open the Chrome browser
Click the 3-dot menu at the top right side of the browser
Find and click Settings
Find and click Content Settings
Click Block Pop-ups
Slide the button to the disabled position in order to allow pop-ups
Chrome on Android
Open the Chrome browser
Click the 3-dot menu at the top right side of the browser
Find and click Settings
Find and click Site Settings
Click Pop-ups and redirects
Slide the button to the disabled position in order to allow pop-ups
