Apps with SQL data sources cannot be transferred to other teams. If you find yourself in this situation, try these steps:
Duplicate the app.
In the duplicate app, unlink the SQL tables. Any computed columns, screens, components, and workflows that use this data will be unset.
Transfer the duplicate app to the new team.
In the app transferred to the new team, add the SQL data source and rebuild the affected screens using the original app as a guide.
