If you try to delete a Glide Table and get the error, Could not delete Glide Table, it's likely the table is linked to by another app. This often happens when users create a duplicate of their app and choose the option, Keep same sheet.
Finding linked tables
If you don't know whether a table is shared with another app, follow these steps to figure it out:
Make sure the table in question has a unique name. For example, edit the table name and add today's date to the end.
Navigate to the dashboard and open another app in the same team.
Navigate to the Data Editor screen. In the bottom left corner, under DATA SOURCES, you'll see your team name with an arrow pointing to the right. Click on the team name to open the Link Tables modal.
Search for the table name.
When you find the correct table name, notice the number under the heading, APPS LINKED.
If the number is greater than 1, the table is shared with multiple apps. Hover your mouse over the number to see the names of the apps sharing the table.
Unlinking a table
If a table is linked to multiple apps and you no longer want it to be part of an app, right-click on the table name in the Data Editor and choose Unlink.
To completely delete a table that is linked with multiple apps, it needs to be unlinked from other apps until it's only used by one app. Once it's only being used by one app, it can be deleted by right-clicking on the table name and choosing the option Delete.
