When will my users count reset on my Free plan?
Customers on Free subscription plans may experience confusion around when their user count resets, especially if they have deleted users from the User/Profile table but still see them counted towards app usage. The key to understanding this process lies in the 30-day rolling window Glide utilizes. A user's activity is determined based on when they last accessed the app, and if this was more than 30 days ago, they are no longer counted in your usage totals.
For instance, if a user accessed your app on September 15th, they will remain part of your usage count until November 15th. After that point, they will automatically drop from the count if they haven't used the app again. This means not manually deleting users will not remove them from the list of users who have used the app.
