Customer exceeding their update quota will have "No Response" as the result for Glide AI column

If Glide AI is returning a "No Response" result, it may be because your team’s update quota has been reached.

Step 1: Check if your update quota has been exceeded

1. Navigate to your team’s dashboard.

2. Go to the “Usage” section and check your update quota and limits.

Step 2: Solving the issue

If your update quota has been reached, you can resolve the issue by:

1. Upgrading your plan to increase the update quota.

2. Enabling unlimited updates by going to the Billing tab and activating this feature.

Following these steps should restore Glide AI functionality.
