Why does my renewal invoice have charges for usage (adds, edits, and deletes) and extra users?

A customer wants to know why there are extra charges on their renewal invoice or it is higher than last month.

All of our subscription plans include a certain monthly usage amount in the cost of the subscription. When the Unlimited option is enabled on a team's Billing page, additional usage and users will be allowed above this included amount.

The amount that exceeds the included usage and users included with the given plan will be billed at the end of the billing cycle every month. In most cases, this charge will be additional line items included on your renewal invoice for monthly subscribers, and on a separate invoice for yearly subscribers.

Note:

Glide fixed a bug in June 2024 that undercounted Adds, Edits, Deletes, and Syncs to external sources, resulting in underbilling for this usage. We are not going to back bill for any of this usage. However, if you notice an unexplained increase in usage after May 2024, we have fixed the issue and are now accurately counting this usage.
